We operate within the jurisdiction of Türkiye, specifically governed by the electronic commerce regulations of İstanbul. When you click "Accept" or use any feature of our platforms, you create a binding contract between yourself and Levelhilla.

The Age Constraint
Users must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you are a minor, express parental consent is mandatory for any in-app transaction or data processing activity.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to experience these assets—not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute them for commercial gain.

Micro-Transactions
Virtual currency and digital goods are provided as a limited license right. They hold no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable unless required by local laws in Türkiye.

TERMINATION RISKThe unauthorized secondary selling of accounts or virtual assets. Levelhilla accounts are personal and non-transferable under all circumstances.

The Integrity Breach
LEGAL ESCALATIONAttempts to exploit server-side vulnerabilities or packet manipulation. This disrupts the experience for the entire Turkish player market.
Avoid by: Reporting glitches rather than exploiting them via our contact portal.

Levelhilla provides its services "as is." While we strive for 60 FPS stability and sub-50ms latency in our networked sessions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors such as device fragmentation in the Turkish market, network latency in rural areas, and thermal throttling on high-end devices are documented constraints beyond our direct control.

Dispute Resolution
& Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Initial resolution attempts must be directed to our legal department in Beyoğlu, İstanbul, prior to any formal arbitration.
